I can tell most of you already got the news (because the blog poll comments went decidedly baby orientated!
Well the big day has finally arrived!!!
Caleb John [dermo - honorary] Allen was born on January 11th 2006 at 0810 GMT (0110 where Caleb happened to be at that time) Baby and Mummy are good.
It was kinda weird actually, we didnt know Stace was in labour (although looking back the contractions and severe pain should have been a give away). Because Stace was induced we thought they were just false contractions. They were working toward getting stacey an epidural, one nurse decided to check and discovered all Stacey had to do was push and baby would be born.
Excellent pushing by Stacey, the doctor was really impressed!
Baby was born and was 5lbs 15.5 oz (2708 Grams) and 21 Inches tall (51.5 cm - I think). Both Baby and mum are doing really well!!

Such a cute baby, must be the mothers genes! (the standard Allen chin is coming i’m sure!)
I wish we could be there to rejoice with you, but i guess your house will be kinda full anyhow, and i’m so cheap i’m not putting up for a hotel!
